MASCAVA

MASCAVA

Serving Calhoun, Kershaw, Lexington, Orangeburg, Richland and Sumter Counties

MASCAVA started in June 1992 with an informal gathering of leaders in the field of

volunteer administration and received its affiliate charter in January 1993.

MASCAVA is working to be an integral part of, and a leader in, the volunteer

community of the Columbia area.  Meeting regularly, the organization brings

together leaders in the field of volunteer administration to discuss mutual problems,

develop new plans, coordinate activities, and to advocate for greater community

involvement.

Membership is open to all persons professionally interested in, or responsible for,

the coordination of volunteer involvement, including recruitment, placement,

supervision, and/or training in the Midlands area of South Carolina.
